Please read these terms carefully before using PhysioLearn. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Last updated: February 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the PhysioLearn platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
To access courses and features on PhysioLearn, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. PhysioLearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. Course Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment
When you enroll in a course, you gain access to the course materials, quizzes, and the opportunity to earn a certificate upon completion. Access to course materials is subject to the terms of the specific course and your enrollment status.
Pricing
Course prices are displayed on the platform and may change at any time. The price at the time of enrollment is the price you pay. Some courses may offer early bird pricing or promotional discounts for a limited period.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. PhysioLearn does not store your payment card details.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on your progress in the course. If you have not accessed any course materials or completed any quizzes, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of enrollment. Once you have accessed a significant portion of the course content, refunds are granted at our discretion. Contact our support team to request a refund.
4. Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, text, images, quizzes, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of PhysioLearn or its content providers and is protected by copyright law.
Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
Sharing your account credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.
5. Quizzes and Assessments
Quizzes are designed to assess your understanding of the course material. Each quiz has a minimum passing score and may allow multiple attempts as specified on the quiz page. Your highest score is recorded.
You agree to complete all quizzes and assessments honestly and without the use of unauthorized aids. Any form of cheating or academic dishonesty may result in the revocation of your certificate and suspension of your account.
6. Certificates
Issuance
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required course modules and quizzes. Each certificate includes a unique certificate number, verification code, and QR code for authenticity verification.
Verification
Certificates can be verified through our public verification system at /verify. A limited set of information — including a partially masked student name, course title, and completion date — is made available to anyone with the verification code.
Validity and Expiry
Some certificates have an expiry date based on the course requirements. It is your responsibility to check whether your certificate has an expiry period. Expired certificates remain on record but are marked as expired during verification.
Revocation
PhysioLearn reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it is determined that the certificate was obtained through fraud, cheating, or a violation of these terms. Revoked certificates are marked as such during verification, and the reason for revocation may be displayed.
7. Shop and Product Purchases
PhysioLearn may offer physical and digital products through its shop. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed on the shop page and are subject to change.
Orders for physical products are subject to shipping timelines communicated at checkout. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform in any way that:
Violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or distributes malware or harmful code.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, platform systems, or data not intended for you.

9. Limitation of Liability
PhysioLearn provides the platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of all course content, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysioLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or professional opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to PhysioLearn in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your access to courses and materials will be revoked, though issued certificates remain verifiable.
