About us

About Catalyst

Catalyst is the hands-on authority for clinicians who refuse to plateau. We do not run a course marketplace. We run programs that survive a Tuesday afternoon clinic.

Our Story

Catalyst started from a clinical observation. Continuing education had drifted toward lecture decks, recorded webinars, and weekend marathons that moved on whether the room was ready or not.

We built an alternative. In-person workshops led by faculty who are still in clinic, paired with a small online library that supports the work in the room. Hands-on first, theory in support.

Today, Catalyst programs sit beside the practitioners they were built for. The standard is set in the room, and the room is what we design around.

Our brief

Why we exist.

Continuing education in manual therapy has drifted away from the work it claims to support. Lecture decks. Recorded webinars. Weekend marathons that move on whether the room is ready or not.

Catalyst exists for the practitioners who refuse to plateau — the ones who want the actual hand on the patient, supervised, corrected, repeated, until the technique survives a Tuesday afternoon clinic.

Everything here is built around that hand.

How we work

A workshop is not a CEU vending machine.

It is the room where a clinician learns something they could not get from a PDF.

We pick faculty who are still in clinic. We design programs around what breaks down at the millimetre level. We let the work be the marketing.

If it does not survive contact with a real patient, it is not in our curriculum.

Our Mission

Equip serious practitioners with programs that translate immediately into clinical performance, taught by faculty who are still in clinic.

Our Vision

A standard of hands-on continuing education that practitioners trust, faculty take seriously, and patients can feel in the next session.

Core values

Four standards we will not negotiate.

The same standards every Catalyst program is judged against.

Skill over theory

Programs are built around clinical execution — not lecture hours, not slide decks.

Precision matters

Faculty break down technique to the millimetre. Repeatable, defensible, peer-reviewable.

Expert-led learning

Every program is led by an active clinician with decades of practice, not a content marketer.

Standards first

CEU-recognised, professional-board accredited, outcome-measured.

We publish programs deliberately. Find the one that fits the work you are doing.
