How to Enroll
Navigate to the course you want to join, click the Enroll button, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment is processed.
Payment Methods

Early Bird Pricing
Some courses offer discounted early bird pricing for a limited time before the start date. Check individual course pages for current pricing and any available discounts.
Refund Policy

Enrollment Confirmation
After completing payment, you will see a confirmation on screen and receive an email with your enrollment details. The course will also appear in your dashboard immediately.

Taking a Quiz
Quizzes are available within each enrolled course. Navigate to the quiz section, read each question carefully, select your answer, and submit when ready. Your results are shown immediately.
Quiz Attempts
Most quizzes allow multiple attempts so you can improve your score. The number of allowed attempts is displayed on the quiz page. Your highest score is the one that counts.
Passing Scores
Each quiz has a minimum passing score, typically shown before you begin. You must meet or exceed this score to earn credit toward your course completion and certificate.
Viewing Your Results
After submitting a quiz, you can review your score and see which questions you answered correctly. Use this feedback to revisit course materials and strengthen your understanding.

Earning a Certificate
Complete all required course modules and pass the associated quizzes with the minimum score to earn your certificate. Your certificate is generated automatically once all requirements are met.
Downloading Your Certificate
Certificates are available as downloadable PDF files from your dashboard. Each certificate includes your name, the course title, completion date, and a unique verification code.
Certificate Verification
Every certificate includes a unique code that can be used to verify its authenticity. Employers or institutions can confirm your certificate is valid through our verification system.
Accreditation
Our courses are designed to meet continuing education requirements for physiotherapy professionals. Check individual course pages for specific accreditation details and credit hours.

Profile Settings
Update your name, email, and other personal details from your account settings page. Keeping your profile current ensures certificates are issued with the correct information.
Password Reset
Forgot your password? Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email. For security, password reset links expire after a short time.
Viewing Your Enrollments
Your dashboard shows all active and completed enrollments. From there you can access course materials, check quiz scores, and download certificates for finished courses.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your central hub. It displays your enrolled courses, progress indicators, upcoming deadlines, recent quiz results, and any earned certificates — all in one place.

Visit the Shop page to explore course-related products including textbooks, equipment, and study aids. Product listings include descriptions, pricing, and availability information.
Purchasing Products
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is handled through the same secure system used for course enrollment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping Information
Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
