Persistent Female Pelvic Pain, Endometriosis & Sexual Function
2-Day Advanced Face-to-Face Female Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Course with Dr. Alime Büyük

When standard pelvic health treatment isn’t enough, how do you decide what to do next? For the patient whose endometriosis pain persists after surgery, whose scans are clear but pain continues, who cannot tolerate examination or intimacy, or who flares after every treatment—this course addresses the clinical decisions that matter. Join Dr. Alime Büyük for two days of advanced, hands-on learning in Malaysia, connecting pain mechanisms, physical findings and each patient’s lived experience. Explore persistent pelvic pain, endometriosis, myofascial pain, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, vaginismus, pelvic floor overactivity and hypermobility, HSD and hEDS, including overlapping bladder, bowel and autonomic symptoms that influence rehabilitation. Sexual function is a core outcome: develop confidence discussing desire, arousal, orgasm and painful intimacy, while considering hormones, menopause, medication, body image and relationship factors. Practical training integrates trauma-informed assessment, abdominal and scar examination, external and internal pelvic floor assessment, vulval examination and pain mapping, manual therapy, downtraining, dilators, desensitisation, graded exposure and transperineal ultrasound**. Small-group case workshops turn findings into individualised treatment priorities, realistic home programmes and a plan for the first three sessions—with attention to differential diagnosis, documentation, consent, scope and multidisciplinary referral. For physiotherapists with foundation-level pelvic health knowledge. Internal peer examination is optional, with simulation/model-based alternatives available. Leave better equipped to answer: “What is driving this patient’s symptoms—and what should I do next?”
