This 3-day intensive course covers advanced assessment and treatment techniques for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, patient selection, and safety considerations. Participants will practice high-velocity low-amplitude (HVLA) techniques, mobilization with movement, and combined approaches. Video analysis and peer feedback sessions enhance learning outcomes. Prerequisite: Minimum 2 years clinical experience in manual therapy.

Spinal Manipulation • Dry Needling • Manual Therapy Ady brings more than 16 years of clinical experience in spinal manipulation and dry needling, having practised both since 2010. Ady’s approach is informed by exposure to osteopathic manipulation techniques and Maitland principles, bringing together skilled hands-on care, clinical reasoning and individualised treatment. Alongside clinical practice, Ady has been invited to deliver training internationally in countries including Cambodia and India, and has conducted numerous training programmes across Malaysia over the years. This experience reflects a continuing commitment to sharing practical knowledge and refining the craft of manual therapy.
